Map: gm_construct Entity: Ragdoll
Players report finding a player model ragdoll lying in the dark room. The ragdoll does not belong to any player in the current session. When the ragdoll is moved or interacted with, it emits the "death" sound effect from Half-Life 2, despite no combat occurring. The ragdoll's position resets to the original location every time the map is reloaded.
Map: gm_flatgrass Visual Anomaly
The skybox textures periodically swap with textures from unrelated maps (e.g., rp_downtown or gm_bigcity). This is not a texture error or a loading glitch, as the skybox remains perfectly rendered with consistent lighting. The swap occurs for exactly 12 seconds before returning to the original skybox.
Map: Any System Anomaly
A phenomenon where the chat window becomes completely non-functional for all players on a server. While the chat UI is visible, messages sent by players appear as empty white lines. This occurs without any console errors or server crashes. The chat typically restores itself after exactly five minutes.
Map: rp_downtown_v4 Physics Anomaly
When a physics object (like a prop) is dropped, it occasionally falls upward at a constant velocity. This is not a gravity-scale modification or a buoyancy issue. The object continues to rise until it hits the map's skybox limit, at which point it teleports back to the player's feet and repeats the process.
